Our difference

Why are we different from other consulting offices?

We offer customized solutions, with aviation expertise and a focus on measurable results with an innovative approach. In addition, we seek to build trusting relationships and the ability to deeply understand our clients’ needs, thus achieving an effective and efficient partnership.

How will our work be carried out?

The process to obtain the Canadian AME Licence consists of four steps:

Step 1 – Obtain TCA Authorization

This involves submitting an application with the necessary supporting documents as required by TCA. The application can be submitted online, so it is not necessary to be in Canada to complete this step.

Step 2 – Technical Exams

Once TCA Authorization is obtained, the next step is to take the technical exams. For M1 or M2 rating (mechanic), the exams include Standard & Practices, Airframe, and Powerplant. For E rating (avionics), the exams include Standard & Practices and Avionics. For S rating (structures), the exams include Standard & Practices and Structures. Each exam consists of 90 multiple-choice questions with four alternatives, requiring a minimum score of 70% to pass. A study program with materials and practice tests is available to help prepare for the exams.

Step 3 – Proof of Skill & Experience

After passing all technical exams, proof of skill and experience must be submitted to TCA to receive authorization to write the CARs exam. This includes demonstrating skill through a personal logbook and experience through letters of experience as per TCA requirements. This step can also be completed online, and assistance is provided to ensure all requirements are met before submission.

Step 4 – Regulation Exam CARs

The final step is to take the CARs exam, which consists of 50 multiple-choice questions about Canadian Civil Aviation Regulations, requiring a minimum score of 70% to pass. A study program with materials and practice tests is available to help prepare for this exam and obtain the licence, providing support, information, and tools needed to advance in one’s career.
